Q. How do I make payment?
A. We take payment via PayPal or personal check. $200 deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.

Q. Do I need to bring my own linens?
A. Yes, you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. We do provide blankets and pillows. 

Q. Does the cottage have air conditioning?
A. Yes.

Q. How quickly does the cottage book-up for the season?
A. The cottage is mostly booked for the season by May 1st so make your reservations early.

Q. Is there firewood for the fire pit?
A. There may be firewood but it depends on previous renters. Firewood may be purchased on the island. Do not bring your own firewood onto the island!

Q. How far is the cottage from downtown?
A. Approximately 1 mile.

Q. Do I need reservations for the ferry?
A. No, the ferries run multiple boats all day long.

Q. Can I bring my car to the island?
A. Yes, the Kelleys Island Ferry brings cars over to the island.

Q. Is there a grocery store on the island?
A. Yes, the Island Market is a full service mini-market providing a complete line of groceries, deli, beer, wine, and party items.

Q. Is there a state liquor store on the island?
A. No, the closest state liquor store is Mutach's Market, in Marblehead, located directly across from the ferry line.

Q. Do you allow pets?
A. No, unless specific arrangements were made with the owners.  

Q. Is there a washer and dryer at the cottage?
A. No, there is a public laundromat available at Seaway Marina.

Q. Where is the closest public beach?
A. The Kelleys Island State Park offers a beautiful sandy beach along the North Bay
