About Kelleys Island
Kelleys Island is located in the western basin of Lake Erie, approximately twelve miles from Sandusky (Ohio) and four miles due north of the Marblehead Peninsula.
Only a short drive from many large metropolitan areas, the largest American island in Lake Erie is almost within sight of the Canadian border.
The year-round population of the island 400 grows to 1,300 from June to August.
